Thomas Hilker, the owner and general manager of our hotel, pays attention to perfection and quality in everything that leaves his kitchen. To prepare the dishes, we use select ingredients most of which come from our region. Our kitchen herbs come from our own hotel herb garden. Allow us to spoil you in our rustic restaurant with a rich selection of delicacies from our regional, plain cuisine. Of course, seasonal delicacies must not be missing: kale dinner, game dinner or asparagus dinner - our menu reflects the seasons.
